We host a series of thoughtfully crafted bespoke gatherings in Washington, DC that spark dialogue, build community, and make meaningful connections to support the sustainability of creativity + social impact among creatives of color. The series offers artists, creative visionaries, and social impact drivers a multidisciplinary experience where community meets mission.

We envision a well-resourced, hyper localized, robust ecosystem working to advance social progress through creative storytelling. We liaison between organizations needing to share their work and mission through human-centered storytelling and creative teams in the US and globally, from producers to filmmakers to artists. As a connector, we fill gaps where vision and execution meet.

resourcing narrative change
We forge opportunities for storytellers to be the thought leaders of our time. We fund individual creatives, from writers to indie filmmakers, with microgrants. These grants support the development of their storytelling projects designed to shift narratives around gender equality, in the US and globally. Applications are accepted between September and December and rounds of funding are distributed every April. Projects are exhibited in a culminated showcase every fall.

We have worked with C-suite leadership, celebrity and influencer talent, policymakers, advocacy and field experts, authors, and changemakers of today and tomorrow. We’ve also started our own ventures, curated community, and produced original content.
